Well, at least the first two have! Mikey's ex,
Big Deb, has regained her parental rights. In an 18-page decision handed down by the California 2nd District Court of Appeals it was decided that the case's original judge could not "enter a judgment terminating parental rights based solely upon the parties' stipulation that the child's mother or father relinquishes those rights." Remember Deb had relinquished her rights in 2001, then 2 years later had an about-face when her creepy ex began hanging out with the Nation of Islam (you know how he likes to try on religions now and then). Since the NOI is not really very Jewish-friendly, and Big Deb herself is Jewish, she grew concerned for her children's safety and began the task of getting her parental rights reinstated. Later, when Mikey's molestation trial was coming to a head she testified on his behalf in a remarkable performance that painted him as a terrific father (?) and person (!). We were sure at the time that she testified so favorably on his behalf in an effort at winning his approval for her rights reinstatement effort. We don't know, of course, that there was a spoken deal between herself and Mikey. But, we do know that instead of Mikey repaying her glowing (and hardly believable) lip service by reinstating her rights, he instead illegally fled the country with the kids by providing false information to the passport authorities. Mikey has been quoted as saying that his children have no mother(s), and that that's what they've been told. Looks like he's got some 'splainin' to do. Regarding Big Deb's rights being reinstated: Mikey was unavailable for comment. Maybe when Raybonehead gets outta the weave chair she'll have something to say. Until then, read the story
here.
