Deadbeat Mikey loses shorts'n'stuff!

A $10-million dollar lawsuit Mikey filed against New Jersey businessman, Henry Vaccaro, was tossed out by a judge because he's failed to pursue the matter. Remember, Vacarro took possession of a large cache of Jackson stuff in the aftermath of a bankruptcy sale involving Mom'n'Pop, Tito and Jermaine Jackson. The deadbeats hadn't paid for the storage of the junk and Vacarro picked it up for $25,000. He then created a pay-per-view website that promised to reveal some of the "MOST juicy" tidbits he found amongst the costumes and court papers, relating to Mikey, Janet, LaToya and other Jackson family members. Among those juicier contents was a letter written by Mikey to his now-dead sister-in-law warning her about child molestors (they could be anywhere, or anyone!), some soiled Calvin Klein underpants (size 28) and a note referring to some of his Neverland playmates as "rubberhead club" members(?). Hearing about this public underpants airing set Mikey off and he sued Vaccaro in 2004, claiming he still owned some of the stuff. Later, a few of the items were actually taken from Vacarro's collection and tested for, um, evidence in his trial. Whatever was gleaned didn't help send Mikey up the river, as you recall. Anyway, Happy New Year!, Henry Vaccaro, that's a European buyer of soiled Mikey-abilia on the phone! Check out the story here.

UPDATE:
BBC news reports that Janet's in negotiations with Vaccaro's attorney to settle her part of the suit for the items he purchased that belonged to her. Vacarrro's attorney says many of the items have already been sold. Read it here.
