Messy watercolor memories...

Wow. 2005's almost gone and with it a year's worth of Mikey messes. He's already been named the top newsmaker for the year by one teevee show and he's sure to show up on lots of other lists as well (sadly, not the 'Most Wanted'... yet). He'll probably get a two-page centerfold in Esquire magazine's annual 'Dubious Achievements' issue... We here at Jackolandia may seem like slackers, but we, too, wish to bestow an honorific on our fave freak. Thus we are officially naming Mikey 'Mess 2005'! We feel he really worked hard at attaining that title and nobody else could take that runway walk and wear the sash of shame like he can! So get up on those tip-toes, shout "hee-hee!," put some wine in a diet Coke can and raise it in toast to our Mess — ain't nobody else like 'im... and, for that we give thanks to Allah!
