Hasta la vista, Encino!

Well, we still don't know what the fate of Mikey's finances as far as the ATV catalog is concerned are but we do know that the home he bought for his parents in Encino is a goner. According to Roger Friedman, Hayvenhurst, as it's known, was not part of the Fortress loan holdings which are due today. But, the December payment on the estate was not made and it's officially in default. A dozen or so people have put up money for the property but they are not known, other than the leader of the group is a Southern California philanthropist/real estate magnate. Not only does this leave Ma 'n' Pa Jackson lookin' for a home (though it's been said that Janet has already purchased one for Ma in Vegas), but it also leaves Jermaine and several children wondering where to go. With all this there has apparently been no Jackson family contact with Mikey, still sequestered in Bahrain with his Prince, his Princes, his nanny, his drugs (allegedly) and his ever-present demons... Um, maybe someone should do a relief single for Jermajesty who must be thinking, "hey, thanks, Uncle Mike: homeless for Christmas!"
