Mikey's new job: consultant?
The Gulf Daily News (aka: The Voice of Bahrain, for you non-subscribers) reports that Mikey's in talks with AAJ Holdings there about ways he can be a paid booster on local entertainment projects. "Mr Jackson may provide the company and its subsidiaries with consultancy advice to help bolster the music and entertainment sector in the Gulf," the story opines. I like the use of the word "may" in that statement. We all know that breathless announcements are made all the time about Mikey's participation in some scheme or other and then somehow they never really come to fruition. We're taking this announcement with a big ol' grain'o'salt, too. Besides, how's Mikey gonna "bolster" the music and entertainment in the Gulf when he's pretty much washed up elsewhere? How much sway in the Muslim world is there for an American tranny-lookin'-boy-fondler has-been with a drug and alcohol problem? More questions — always more questions. Click the link
here to read the story and see a picture of Mikey in his best hardcore businessman look: low-cut blouse, sunglasses and death-like pallor firmly in place.
