Mikey courting disaster?

That Mikey. He just can't seem to get anything done. Well, not on time anyway. Especially if it has something to do with the legal system, which it always does. According to MTV News he was supposed to be at court in Santa Monica this past Monday but had to have a postponement until February 15th because he'd retained "new counsel". Sigh. Plus, he's also got his latest molestation case coming before an Orange county court on February 14th. (We gotta say that that case seems a little dubious, what with its victim's allegations of molestation from age two, tune-thievery, drug use and forced cosmetic procedures, ostensibly so that the boy in question could have the same red lips and cleft chin that Mikey does. We're dubious but you never know, this is Mikey we're talking about.) As the postponements, continuances, delays and court dates begin to clash it's only a matter of time till Mikey falls in the closet while getting dressed, is bitten by a vicious spider and/or contracts malaria... which will all lead to more postponements, a dependence on crutches and drug-dazed daytime jammie-wearing and even more delays.
